**PERSOLKELLY** is recruiting for **Aircraft Maintenance Technician** to work with our Client in **Ipswich**, QLD

- $80K - $90K + super (depending on experience and skills )

**Your duties include**:

- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of gas turbine engines, including disassembly, inspection, cleaning, reassembly, and testing.
- Troubleshoot engine problems and perform corrective actions as necessary.
- Interpret technical manuals and drawings to ensure compliance with repair and overhaul procedures.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and testing equipment to perform engine maintenance and repair.
- Accurately and completely document all maintenance actions in maintenance records and electronic maintenance tracking systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all applicable safety regulations and procedures.
- Continually looks for way to improve in efficiency and effectiveness
- Takes all reasonable steps to ensure own safety and the safety of others
- Australian Citizenship
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)
- Gas turbine engine maintenance experience
- Comprehensive engine overhaul knowledge and experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of strip, detailed inspection and assembly of the gas turbine engine
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience working within airworthiness rules and regulatory requirements
- The ability to maintain documentation of work in progress and composition of maintenance worksheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals to meet regulatory requirements
- A passion and drive to deliver to keep their customers flying
