What will you be doing?

As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our members and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers to provide efficient, holistic solutions for their needs and inquiries.
- Preparing accurate quotes for repairs and services, offering appropriate recommendations for additional works.
- Managing and completing repair orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Enhancing member satisfaction by monitoring feedback (NPS) and ensuring top-tier service levels.
- Resolving member complaints and disputes professionally and in line with organizational guidelines.
- Collaborating to achieve team sales targets and optimize conversion rates.
- Handling administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, receipting, part returns, and accurate record-keeping.
- Supporting mobile service and site operations with effective administrative coordination.

What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional with the following skills and attributes:

- Excellent relationship management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (preferred but not essential).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective teamwork skills, with the ability to foster positive workplace relationships.
- Flexibility to travel and work across multiple centres when required.
