**All Rounder - Kikuchi Sushi Mernda Store**

**Location**: Level 1 Shop K2/1435 Plenty Rd, Mernda VIC 3754

**Job Type**: Part-Time (PT) / Full-Time (FT)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, roll, cut, and plate sushi while ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and adhere to food safety regulations
- Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients, including rice, fish, and vegetables
- Ensure ingredient freshness, minimise waste, and improve efficiency
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the team

**Job Requirements**:

- Full-time or casual position available
- 1-2 years of relevant experience required, especially in sushi preparation
- Duties include sushi making, food prep, customer service, cash handling, and store cleaning
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and hygiene awareness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; basic English and Mandarin preferred
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Up to 38 hours per week (in accordance with Fair Work Award standards)
- **Applicants must hold valid full-time Australian work rights**
