Cellar Person

**The Western Suburbs League Club (Campbelltown) Group** is a progressive group of Clubs in Sydney's South-West, comprising of Western Suburbs League Club Campbelltown, Wests Tennis Club Leumeah, Country Club Gledswood Hills and Lakeside Golf Club Camden.

Our Clubs are home to over 300 staff and 80,000 members. We are very proud to offer our community an array or bars, gaming lounges, function and event facilities, food outlets and sporting facilities.

We are seeking a full-time Cellar Person who is motivated and enthusiastic about consistently maintaining the smooth running of the Club's cellar operations.

As an experienced **Cellar Person,** you will report to the Head Cellarman and have the ability to communicate and liaise at all levels. You will be punctual, have a strong work ethic and a positive and happy attitude to work.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Internal Customer Service with the operations of the business
- Stocking of beverages and assisting with ordering
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- Cleaning beer lines and glassware
- Assisting with monthly stock take
- General cellar and cleaning duties

**What we are looking for**:

- Outstanding attention to detail with proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Display professional and quality work standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Physically fit & well presented
- Cellar and bar experience would be advantageous
- Strict compliance with all safety and manual handling procedures
- Hold a current drivers licence
- Knowledge of WHS standards and a commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- RSA and RCG certificates
- Forklift licence preferred
