We are seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Manager with excellent leadership skills to oversee a large processed driven workforce area. You will have the opportunity to work with a company built on strong values and true commitment in providing our customers with a service that is second to none.

You will lead from the front in managing a team of forward-thinking professionals and work closely with the Transportation Manager, and team of Customer Service Managers to achieve best customer outcomes each and every day.

**So what does the day in the life of a Customer Delivery Manager look like?**

Reporting to the Transportation Manager, the Customer Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the dnata catering customer delivery strategy. You will be a highly visible leader, spearheading multiple teams of operational staff in an industrial environment.

This role has a heavy airside focus role at the point of "Customer Delivery" Ensure all operations and processes are aligned with achieving the best customer outcome. Continuous business improvement & transformation, look for opportunities to improve processes, systems and procedures.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- To be Leader of the Customer Service processes to ensure the highest level of professionalism at the point of aircraft handover.
- Coordinate day to day activities associated with labour activities and aircraft movements, to achieve accurate operational KPI's
- Driving collaboration through systems and processes with internal and external customers to avert delays and ensuring service level agreements are met
- Airside Leadership, evolving the truck drivers handover sheet process into a well coordinated customer focused process.
- Support the Departmental Coordinators, Leading Hands and Resource Coordinators in managing daily operational variances and act as decision maker in window
- Manage team performance and provide effective development and coaching to ensure optimum levels of team and individual performance
- Ensure staff compliance with relevant regulatory compliance such as Airside Driving Regulations, Food Safety, AQIS Customs regulations etc)
- Maintain the company’s policy in relation to HACCP, QSAI and WHS in accordance with Federal and State Government Regulations

**What do you need to do to be successful in securing this role?**
- Proven leadership experience in a transport, logistics, operational, manufacturing with heavy focus on building Client Relationships, customer outcomes.
- Experience with customer service, inventory control and management systems
- Display business and industry acumen understanding
- Previous success achieving KPI targets and adherence to safety, health, environmental requirements
- Ability to build constructive and effective working relationships in formal and informal networks with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding the importance of playing a key role in change management
- A positive attitude with an approachable style, high levels of integrity and authenticity
- Ability to energise and align team members to a shared vision, inspiring a climate of high performance
- Extremely strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and act on initiative
- Proven adaptability to changing environments
- Holder of HR/MR Truck Licence preferred
