**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**:Carnegie, VIC

**Pay rate**:$32-35/hour + Super

**Days**:Tuesdays and Thursdays

**Hours**:9am - 5pm

**Child**:8 month old (and 3 year old who attends childcare those days)

**Length of role**: September 13th - December 22nd.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
- 2+ years of experience with babies of a similar age
- 2 exceptional references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This family is seeking a supportive and capable nanny to care for their 8 month old 2 days a week until the end of the year. They are keen to find someone who is caring and who is flexible and intuitive enough to adjust the day as needed to meet the baby's needs. A sense of creativity and enough understanding of child-development to plan simple activities to engage the infant will be highly valued.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
This British-Australian family is close-knit, with grandparents who help out with the children a few days a week. They have a 3 year old who will be in childcare on the days the nanny works with the 8 month old (who will join her brother in childcare next year). Both parents will be working, at times from home, but the home is set up in a way that allows for them to be in a seperate space from the nanny and the baby when required. The family is easy-going and values open communication so look forward to having a positive relationship with their new nanny.
