We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated Production Scheduler to work in our operations department.

**Key functions for this role are**:

- Forecast loading for MRP (including sales consumption logic) and Master Scheduling.
- Creation of top-level Supply & Demand Plans, Production Plans.
- Working closely with Procurement on delivery schedules to meet Production Plans.
- Support for Variant Configuration and BOM functions.
- Controlling inter-company inventory transfers.
- Capacity planning.
- Production Order creation from MRP and maintenance of POs.
- Production Control support of Production.
- Production output reporting on LOH for Finance.
- Managing the planning, reservation and scrapping of end-of-life and slow-moving inventory.
- Managing the phase in/phase out of material through an ECO process.
- Assisting with inventory reduction programs.
- Supporting Operations databases and reporting.

**Key experiences for this role are**:

- Strong MRP II and Lean Planning experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work well with internal departments.
- Strong MS Excel and database skills.
- Variant Configurator experience would be beneficial.

**The following requirements are a must**:

- 5-7 + years’ experience in material or production planning.
- Previous experience in inventory control and supply chain management.
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
