Physio Receptionist

We are a Physiotherapy and health service provider located in Wembley.
We are seeking a mature and experienced receptionist to assist in the smooth running of our busy clinic on a part time basis 15-20hrs per week.
- **Previous experience in a physio or medical practice, or similar position, is essential to be considered for this role.**_
Duties will include:
- Greeting patients in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Taking telephone calls, booking and managing patient appointments and bookings.
- Assisting physiotherapy & coaching staff to optimise client experience.
- Maintaining electronic patient records.
- Scanning patient documents.
- General administration and front office duties.
- Patient billing and receipting.
- Basic reporting
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in the physio or medical industry is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail is vital to this role.
- High level of time management and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional manner.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Experience using Cliniko or other Medical Software: 1 year
