Restaurateur

Experienced Chef required for GRANATA'S PRESTONS located in
Western Sydney. Working hours Fulltime (38 hours) per week. A passion for cooking and respect
for work ethics are essential to this fast-paced environment.
**Requirements**:
Preparing and cooking food
Planning menu items
Estimate food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
Ensure quality and presentation of all foods
Training and developing kitchen staff
Receiving & storing food stocks, kitchen supplies and equipment
Advising on cooking procedures and demonstrating techniques
Discussing food preparation issues with senior management
Implementing systems & procedures
Implement, explain and enforcing hygiene regulations & secure workplace
Select and train staff
Freeze and preserve foods
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality
Management
- Must have experience worked as Chef for more than 2 years
