**The Opportunity**

With a payroll of over 300 operational and administrative employees, this role is instrumental in ensuring the payroll is processed in the most efficient and effective way whilst also providing a quality service to all Stakeholders. We are looking for a Full Time Payroll Office to lead our Family Owned and WA business, ensuring a smooth payroll process for all, to increase efficiency and eliminate errors.
- Sage Micropay experience Highly Valued

**Key responsibilities for the role include but not limited to**:

- End to end payroll processing inc setting up and terminating, calculating entitlements
- Ensuring payroll is maintained in line with Agreements and legislation.
- Involvement within the daily activities of the Payroll team
- Maintaining accurate records
- Calculating weekly leave updates
- Maintenance and support of the ADI timekeeping & attendance system
- Calculating payroll tax
- Liaising with all Stakeholders
- Reconciliations, Workers Compensation, Superannuation
- Balancing of all payroll transactions.
- Providing detailed reports for analysis
- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar position.
- Have the ability to demonstrate commercial acumen..
- Be computer literate with advanced Excel skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Have excellent time management, organisation and prioritising skills
- Have a strong work ethic and quality mindset.
- Have excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills; with a good understanding of financial and accounting processes.
- Have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.
