**The Role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Butler team on a Part Time basis (20-48 hours per fortnight or 48-76 hours per fortnight).

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:

- Providing remarkable end-to-end experience to VIP guests
- Responsible for planning and coordinating food & beverage service
- Handling guest requests and utilising problem-solving skills to ensure guest needs are met at all times

**About you**

You'll bring the following:

- A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
- An ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Abilty to problem solve and make quick decisions

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you'll:

- Have a minimum of 2 years fine dining food & beverage experience
- Have extensive customer service experience
- Be familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Be available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

Preferred Criteria:

- Hospitality qualification
- Luxury Hotel operations experience in a Frontline role
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
- Previous exposure to the VIP service industry
