REIWA’s trainers are highly regarded within the industry. We are currently seeking a fulltime Trainer and Assessor. This role would ideally suit a mature person with a sense of humour who has a minimum of ten years’ experience predominantly in sales transactions. In this role you will be responsible for delivering and assessing Units of Competency within the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Diploma of Property Agency (Management) CPP51119, compulsory professional development (CPD) courses and others as required.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Design and deliver effective training programs, ensuring that the curriculum aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Employ diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and engage participants in the learning process.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve and meet the required standards.
- **Resource Development**:

- Create and update instructional materials, resources, and assessments to ensure they are current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Utilise technology and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide personalised support to participants, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and collaboration among learners.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to continually enhance personal and professional knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and improve training and assessment skills.

**To be successful in this role, you will have to**:

- Hold a minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110, including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502), or TAE40116.
- Hold a current WA real estate license, or registration (advantage)
- Possess a minimum of ten years of experience in the real estate industry, with a primary emphasis on the sales and transactional processes. This includes expertise in property appraisal, marketing, and the cultivation of relationships with both buyers and vendors.
- Participate in the development and validation of assessment tools and course materials in accordance with training package requirements.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective delivery to large audiences and facilitating feedback to ensure student success.
- Have experience in conducting classroom training and/or group training, including training delivered by virtual methods (Eg: teams/webinars).
- Have experience using an online Learning Management System (desirable).
- Understand the requirements of training and assessment as per the Standards for RTOs 2015
