**About the Team**

**Typical Duties**

The duties of this role include, however, are not limited to:

- Administer corporate credit cards in accordance with policy and Commonwealth Resource Management Framework requirements.
- Regular review credit card transactions and effectively resolve non-compliance activities.
- Provide guidance to staff on appropriate card usage and acquittal processes.
- Follow up outstanding issues and support monthly reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and process staff travel requests and expense claims, ensuring compliance with travel policies and delegations.
- Liaise with the travel provider to resolve booking or invoicing issues promptly.
- Provide advice and support to staff on travel procedures and entitlements.
- Accurately record and process invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval and payment within agreed timeframes.
- Support business areas with advice on purchasing, delegations, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in financial systems and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Provide responsive, professional, and solutions-focused support to staff and external suppliers.
- Communicate financial information clearly to non-finance staff.
- Foster positive working relationships across the agency to promote compliance and efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support the Manager with reporting, reconciliations and audit preparation as required.
