Diploma Educator

At Bee Me Early Learners Nanango, we are looking for an educator to join our team. We are a small service, 34 places over 2 rooms. This allows for unique opportunities to build strong relationships and connections with all children and families in our care while also allowing for a great team dynamic.

With a collaborative management team, we aim to provide our team with the highest standard of professional and personal support offering flexibility and working conditions. This support includes non-contact time with our Educational Leader weekly, Support from on and off the floor management, Staff Discount on Childcare Fees, support with study (if applicable).

To be considered for this role you must:

- Have a Diploma or actively studying a Diploma in Children’s Services as recognized by ACECQA (or higher).
- A working knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
- Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- A current Blue Card.
- Have a good understanding of ICT (experience with OWNA greatly preferred).
- Have a collaborative approach to early childhood.

**Salary**: $27.88 - $30.05 per hour
