Our local Foodworks stores are known for great service, friendly staff, range and product quality and one ours is looking for a new Store Manager. The opportunity is to work for an established supermarket within a growing group with a developing future. We are looking for a Store Manager for our East Keilor store.

Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer service and a wide range of gourmet and local offerings that has seen us grow to become 'the new way to shop'. We are very proud of what we have been able to deliver to our local community and are on the look out for an experienced Store Manager who can help us take things to the next level.

**The successful applicant will be responsible for**:

- Engaging with our customers to ensure that we are exceeding their expectations on a daily basis.
- Working with your team of staff to deliver merchandise standards of the highest level.
- Liaising with our suppliers to guarantee that we are delivering a diverse and fresh range of products for our customers.
- Organising, training, motivating, and leading your team.
- Working with the support office management team to ensure our organisational strategies are being executed.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and complying with all relevant legislation
- Handle all escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
- Implement and manage cost control measures including wages.
- Monitor the weekly financial reports and KPI's, analyse the departmentalised financial accounts and key performance indicators
- It is a given that you have extremely high standards, are decisive, work well with others and do what it takes to meet deadlines.

- Strong time management and problem solving abilities, exceptionally organised, motivated and an excellent eye for detail
- Open, professional and friendly verbal communication
- **3 Years** grocery, produce and/or store management experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Keilor East, VIC 3033: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
