**Let’s talk about the roles and responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **interactive dashboards and reports**using Power BI.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover insights.
- Build and optimize **data models**for reporting and analytics.
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into **effective BI solutions**.
- Implement **DAX calculations, measures, and Power Query transformations**.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting solutions.
- Automate report generation and data processes for efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support **business strategy**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **4+ years**of experience as a **Data Analyst/BI Developer**.
- Proficiency in **Power BI, DAX, and Power Query**.
- Strong knowledge of **SQL for data extraction and transformation**.
- Experience with **data modeling and visualization best practices**.
- Familiarity with **ETL processes and data warehousing concepts**.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to define and implement BI solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of **Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)**.
- Experience with **Python/R for data analysis**.
- Certification in **Power BI or related BI tools**.
