**The Role**
This is an exciting time to join the business, as they open a beautiful new location in Warringah Mall Our client is synonymous with an effortless sense of style and refined aesthetic.

The Store Manager will lead the team to deliver an experiential level of service as well as visually emulate the brand’s core vision & values.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive the sales and profitability of your Boutique, ensuring KPI’s are achieved.
- Deliver an exceptional and experiential level of customer service.
- Confidently lead, develop, motivate, and support your team to succeed.
- Implement in-store training to deliver excellence.
- Visually emulate the brand vision and mission.
- Execute operational excellence with all stock management, VM and back of house procedures.
- Manage inventory and loss prevention for your boutique.
- Ensure the presentation and visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.
- Utilise data and reports for retail & VM operations.
- Ensure shop-floor stock levels are at an optimum level to maximise sales.

- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong business management acumen.

- Emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
