**Working hours** can be depending - Saturday 10am - 7pm & Sunday 10am - 4pm & first Saturday of every month 5pm-10pm also extra shifts in school holidays on Monday and Wednesday

- Worked with Kids before
- Blue card
- Available every weekend
- 18+

**You will need to be**:

- full of personality, life & fun
- ideally have a louder voice
- can follow a system
- likes to talk to people
- teachable

**Your Main Responsibilities but also not limited**
- manage the team to get everything set up and cleaned up on time
- Reports
- Leading your team to work faster
- Hosting the party playing with the kids and keeping them entertained
- Setting up the party following the process
- Dealing with parents and making there kids party easy for them
- take kids through exact party games
- use your assistants to help kids have fun
- maintain a high standard of safety for all staff & guests
- laugh, tell jokes & **play with the kids**:

- cut the cake, sing happy birthday with the guests

**We will**:

- teach you our process - step-by-step
- train you on confidence building tools
- give you a great team to work with

Parties are Saturdays & some Sundays, plus some one Saturday night a month. - hours are flexible with notice.
Also has more hours during school holidays times.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.33 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mansfield, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working with kids: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
