**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Viva Leisure parent company to Club Lime one of Australia’s leading fitness companies are looking for new Gym Floor team member to join our club on a casual basis at ANU

As a key member of our fitness team, the Gym Floor Attendant plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and motivating environment for all members. Reporting to the Club Manager, you’ll deliver expert exercise support, professional fitness advice, and exceptional service that reflect Viva Leisure’s commitment to health, safety, and member satisfaction. You’ll inspire clients through your knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism—while actively promoting our programs and ensuring the smooth, safe operation of the facility. Join us in shaping a space where every member feels supported, empowered, and excited to achieve their fitness goals.

This casual opportunity is available for 10-25 hours per week.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
We are looking for someone with:

- Certificate III in Fitness (or higher) with current Fitness Australia (or equivalent) registration
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR certifications
- Strong knowledge of fitness training methods, exercise principles, and gym safety practices
- Ability to design and deliver effective, engaging exercise programs for all fitness levels
- Confident using gym equipment and completing basic admin, reporting, and maintenance tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, professional approach

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver engaging and effective fitness programming and appraisals for members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented facility, including regular equipment checks and reporting faults.
- Support daily club operations by completing opening, closing, and administrative duties.
- Provide expert exercise guidance and ensure safe training practices on the Gym Floor.
- Promote Viva Leisure programs and services to enhance member engagement.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and professional certifications at all times.
