Our client is searching for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their supportive team This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a family-friendly, industry-leading environmental manufacturing supplier based in Marulan, NSW.

**About the Opportunity**

As the Operations Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

- Planning daily, weekly & monthly production
- Hands-on daily production & customer service delivery with the team
- Ensuring all employees observe WHS procedures
- Planning maintenance with the Maintenance Supervisor
- QA and SOP systems development and implementation
- Team direction and management

**About You**

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Good numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to team members and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Production and efficiency target focussed
- QA system experience (eg ISO, HACCP, FAMI-QS etc)
- Current valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Current forklift licence
- Healthy and able to perform 25kg and bulk bagging duties

It is also highly desired if you have:

- A FEL ticket
- A current First Aid certification
- A Working at Heights ticket
- A Working in Confined Spaces ticket
- Experience welding/as a boilermaker
- Your MR truck licence
