**Our Family**:

- Mum and Dad both work from home most days/some half days, so being comfortable with that dynamic - knowing when to ask for input and when to take the lead - is really helpful. You'd be caring mostly for our 8month old twins during the day while our older two children are at school and kinder. Mornings typically involve breakfast clean-up, and a nap, playtime, and getting outdoors and/or activities for the twins. Afternoon often includes lunch, naps, activities with the twins, and then older boys back from school/kinder (4pm) and prepping for the evening routine. School holidays might look differently but wouldn't be 4 kids at home all day either as we do like to use school holiday programs for our eldest. Depending on the day, you may also help with school or kinder pickups (walking distance), kids snack prep etc. We're happy to work with the right person to build a routine that feels manageable and fulfilling for everyone. You won't be expected to do heavy housework, but we value shared ownership of tidying as you go (like loading the dishwasher or resetting a play area). Children: Twin Boys 8 Months + Boy 6 & Boy When/Time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.30am - 5pm, Thursday 8.30am - 1pm. Start date: Week of July 28th Remuneration: $38hr-$40hr experience dependent

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We're looking for someone warm, proactive, and confident with young children - ideally with 3 years experience with multiples or more than one toddler at a time (i.e 2 under 2). The ideal person will be calm under pressure, reliable, and aligned with our values around respectful care, healthy living, and gentle boundaries. A great fit will be someone who can integrate into our family rhythm, be hands-on and organised, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids. We'd love someone who is thoughtful, communicates clearly, and brings a sense of fun and purpose to the day. Bonus points for anyone who enjoys talking about books and bugs, playing cars and sports and building things with lego - requested from the older boys :)... and can support light meal prep and tidying during naps, and has an interest in early child development.
