**Corporate Communications Specialist**

**Due to major growth we are expanding our Communications team and currently looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to join us either in our Sydney or Perth office.**

The Corporate Communications Specialist plays an integral role in supporting the development and implementation of VGW's corporate communications strategy and activities, with a particular focus on driving and supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives for both internal and external audiences.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Assist in developing and implementing VGW's corporate communications strategy and activities.
- Collaborate across the business to provide advice and develop best-practice internal and external communications.
- Develop communication materials suitable for a variety of internal and external channels.
- Assist with event planning for VGW-hosted events and conferences.
- Assist in developing and implementing VGW's corporate social responsibility and ESG initiatives.
- Coordinate VGW's global outreach activities, including attendance at industry events and conferences (e.g. booth displays).
- Write and edit smart and engaging copy, with the ability to adapt style to suit different audiences and channels.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, journalism or a related area.
- At least three years experience in corporate communications in a medium to large company in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of the technology landscape is preferred.
- Experience in corporate social responsibility/community investment/ESG initiatives.
- Experience in corporate communications, with the ability to ensure communications reflect the culture of the business.
- Strong copywriting background and excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
