- **What you will do**_
- This role requires for you to work Monday to Friday, starts between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM in one of our stands in Sydney Markets(Parramatta Rd, Homebush). _
- Accurate processing of customer payments including issuance of receipts, processing refunds, and order variations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing timely resolution of their concerns and complaints.
- Prepare regular reports such as end-of-day sales, daily receivals, transaction reports, and stock control
- Provide general office administration to the team.
- **What we are looking for**_
- Experience processing customer payments
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to maintain accurate records
- Coordination and planning skills
- Experience resolving customer complaints
- Demonstrated commitment to the provision of excellent customer service

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
