This exciting opportunity will see you working full-time across 18-months to gain a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business. **Earn while you learn, receive paid study and hands on experience, and continuous mentoring to help you grow and succeed in any office space.

**Duties include**:

- Prepare reports, documents and letters for customers and clients
- Record keeping and filing of electronic and hard copy correspondence
- Data entry
- Assist to manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Additional administration support as needed

**About You**:

- A strong focus on community engagement
- Loves learning new things with a positive attitude
- Have a strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
- Can work effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision
- Showcases initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and follow directions

**Role Requirements**:

- Full Australian working rights
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Technologically savvy
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
