**About the Role**

As a **Support Worker**, you’ll help our Sydney participants with daily living, personal care, transport, and community activities. You’ll also support independence, confidence, and social connection through meaningful engagement at home and in the community.

We follow the SCHADS award based on experience and qualifications.

**About You**

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- A **Cert III or IV** in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (or studying Nursing, OT, Physio, or related fields)
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **First Aid & CPR** certification
- A **driver’s licence** and reliable car
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, or evenings

Pay: From $32.56 per hour
