**Fiore Boutique by Zone Fresh** We're passionate about creating beautiful, high quality floral arrangements and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

We are currently looking for **experienced, creative, and enthusiastic florists** to join our **Fiore Boutique team** at our Windsor location.

Whether you're a seasoned florist or someone with solid hands on experience in a fast-paced flower retail environment, we’d love to hear from you

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in floristry or floral retail (floral qualifications highly regarded) Minimum 2 years of hands-on floristry experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- An eye for floral design, colour, and presentation
- Ability to work quickly, creatively, and maintain composure during busy periods
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including every second weekend
- Confidence in caring for, preparing, and arranging fresh flowers
- Pride in maintaining a beautiful, well stocked floral display

**Wages**
- Hourly wages for adult permanent team members range from **$28.00- $32.00 depending on experience**:

- Casual rates are also in line with General Retail Award
