**Join Nextt as a Support Worker**

We’re looking for dedicated and reliable Support Workers to provide one-on-one assistance to a client living with the effects of a traumatic brain injury (TBI). The client requires consistent, person-centred support to maintain safety, independence, and quality of life at home.

**Available Shifts**:

- Wednesday and Thursday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Sunday to Tuesday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

**About the Role**:
You’ll be providing tailored daily living support and supervision, focusing on building independence, promoting wellbeing, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs or cognitive impairments (preferred)
- A caring, patient, and professional attitude
- Ability to maintain accurate shift documentation
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Flexibility and reliability to commit to regular shifts
