**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Site Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate ongoing construction projects and assess the effectiveness of our wall systems. Identify any issues or challenges and provide recommendations for solutions.
- Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from clients, architects, and construction teams. Offer guidance, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide advice on the use of our wall systems.
- Code Compliance: Maintain a basic understanding of BCA and NCC requirements related to Class 1 and Class 2 fire and acoustic standards. Provide guidance on compliance but escalate complex matters to the engineering team when necessary.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, such as installation guides, product specifications, and technical drawings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Australia in the construction or building material supplying industry, with knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse technical issues.
- Basic understanding of BCA/NCC Class 1 and Class 2 fire and acoustic requirements.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experienced in using MS Office, able to use AutoCAD/CAD software for simple drawing.
