Kingsman Barbers has been operating for 5 years now and we are one of the fastest growing barbershops around town. So much so that we are opening a second shop in Caulfield South with many opportunities to come.

We focus on providing a high quality service and outcome for every client that visits us. We are strong believers in a team environment and working together to help grow Kingsman for the future.

About the role

We are looking for a enthusiastic experienced barber / manager, that is willing to work and focus on delivering the best service to our customers.

Knowing that they will be rewarded with a generous wages above industry standard and many opportunities of pay evaluations and increases depending on performance. There will also be possibility of a management role moving forward in the future.

Skills and experience

To be considered for this role you must obtain the following
- Competent and efficient at cutting
- Must be committed to the business and their job
- Confident with straight razor shaving
- Happy and an enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to work on time and unsupervised
- Managing and teaching staff members
- Fully qualified

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balaclava, VIC 3183: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- barber/manager: 4 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
