**About The Role**:
We are currently seeking Traffic Control / Spotters who are not afraid to get in and get the job done You will be working in the Recycling and Waste Industry alongside a team of 4 or 5 others.
- **Experience as a Spotter**: Previous experience as a Spotter in a busy recycling plant or mobile plant facility is essential. The Site Spotter plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles, equipment, or goods in potentially congested or hazardous areas. This involves providing real-time guidance, clear communication, and demonstrating keen observation skills, swift decision-making, and effective communication.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Experience in customer service and front-of-house operations is highly desirable. Responsibilities include operating the weighbridge, accurately recording and maintaining weighbridge transactions, liaising with truck drivers, site managers, and stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient weighbridge process. Additionally, monitoring and reporting any discrepancies and ensuring customers are informed of site rules are essential tasks for this role.
