**About the Role**:
Are you a natural leader with a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Garden Maintenance Team Leader. Embark on a journey where your love for gardening meets your knack for organisation and leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain (preferred)
- White Card
- Valid Drivers' license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
