We are partnering with a successful and well reputed privately owned environmental services business who have provided high quality consulting in Australia for over 30 years.

With a head office close to the Melbourne CBD and multiple offices across Victoria and NSW, this business of circa 140 staff provides specialist consulting to a range of well-known public and private organisations.

As People and Culture Manager, you will be an integral member of the management team, reporting to the Executive Director. You will be responsible for developing and executing the people strategy and leading the team of 3, providing expert HR advice and partnership to the business leaders and managers.

Your role will be diverse and lead all HR activities including learning and development, organisational development (engagement and culture), professional development, employee relations, recruitment and retention, rewards and recognition, HR systems and projects.

- Ideally tertiary qualifications in HR/Business or similar
- Relevant Senior HRBP or HR Manager level experience in a similar position
- Outstanding coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to build and improve engagement at all levels
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation capabilities
- A team player who can provide direction, mentorship and leadership
- Capability to identify areas of opportunity, influence effectively and drive positive change
