This SaaS company has been building its solution and gaining market shares for 10 years. With a recent large round of funding, they have entered a new phase of geographical expansion, company growth, and product innovation following a large funding round and new key hires.

You'll be joining a talented product team of 5, with one Head of Product and two squads (PM + UX/UI Designer). They are all about collaborative work and making design-driven decisions supported by data. You'll have the opportunity to have a real impact on the design since they consider your input just as valuable as anybody else's.

6AM Digital is their recruitment partner, and we are helping them with this new growth phase.

**We are looking for **a talented UX/UI Designer **who is proficient with
- UI design (key skill)
- UX (good basics and the desire to grow in this field)
- Rapid prototyping
- Product thinking
- Interaction design
- Designing for SaaS product
- Figma

The role is open to mid-weight, mid-senior (4 and 6+ years of commercial experience).

**As their new **Designer**, you will**:

- Join a cross-functional team responsible from end-to-end for the design, build and maintenance of a new component of our product, including but not limited to: Product Manager, Designer, front/back-end developers, QA engineers, etc.
- Design intuitive, effective and engaging interfaces across mobile and web-based products.
- Understand customer and business problems to inform the design of new components.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to co-design potential solutions.
- Build rapid prototypes, and test them with real customers.
- Synthesise key insights from testing, communicate them to stakeholders, use them to inform decisions, and iterate designs.
- Create polished, production-ready designs of new digital products and work alongside developers to bring them to life.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
