We are proud to provide a safe, secure, and central location for customers to exchange their unwanted jewellery for cash on the spot. Our stores are conveniently located in major shopping centres in NSW.

We're seeking a Junior Manager with a zest for leadership to join our team of experienced gold and precious metal buyers. If you have a genuine care for people and aren't afraid to get amongst it, this could be the opportunity for you

**The Gold Buyers Central Leader**
- Leads by example and is mature, responsible, and reliable.
- Is trustworthy and honest, working alongside the team to get the job done.
- Energetically learns the job from the ground up with enthusiasm being the hallmark of a GBC leader.
- Proven ability to achieve performance targets and KPIs with a strong marketing focus.
- Knows how to motivate the team to strive for the next level and is outgoing and friendly.
- Works a minimum of one day on the weekend and has a Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
- A people person who values and cares for the people they lead.

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year
