The Role

As Room Leader, you will:

- Lead and inspire your room team with passion and positivity.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging programs aligned with the **EYLF** and **NQS**.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and children.
- Support and mentor your fellow educators, encouraging professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, wellbeing, and documentation requirements.
- Work closely with the leadership team to maintain a high-quality service.

About You

You are:
Diploma-qualified in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Experienced in programming, documentation, and leading a team.
A strong communicator with families, children, and colleagues.
Passionate about safeguarding children and maintaining safe practices.
Ready to grow your career and take on more leadership responsibility.
