**About the Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, highly organised, and experienced administrator to join our vibrant and supportive team. Reporting directly to the State Manager, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment while providing outstanding support to our Contract Managers and key clients.
- Process client work requests including scheduling of works
- Manage all contract and client related documentation
- Support Contract Managers in all aspects of their role
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure works are completed efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional professionalism and customer service to clients
- Handle quotes, invoices, purchase orders and deal with enquiries
- Assist with reporting and financials

**About You**:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Thorough, accurate and detail oriented
- Highly proficient with MS Excel, Outlook and Word
- A professional and customer-oriented approach
- Proactive and highly organised and able to work unsupervised
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
