**We're Hiring: Content Creator & Social Media Manager**

Position: Part-Time Contract
Location: Bendigo, Victoria

**About Us**:
We're a dynamic and growing local business with a passion for hospitality and food & beverage. Our team manages four unique profiles across two bustling hospitality venues and two thriving food & beverage-related businesses. We're looking for a creative mind to join us as our very first Content Creator & Social Media Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and make the role your own while working directly with the two owners.

**What You'll Do**:
**Brand Development**: Shape and evolve our brand identity, stories, and marketing plans.

**Creative Campaigns**: Write engaging copy and design captivating campaigns.

**Marketing Strategy**: Implement strategies to attract new clients and boost our brand presence.

**Content Creation**: Capture and create content from events and venues, including photography and editing.

**Market Analysis**: Utilise market trends and consumer insights to guide impactful marketing efforts.**Social Media Management**:Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media profiles, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand content across all platforms.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Experience**:Proven brand and digital marketing experience, especially within the hospitality and F&B industry.

**Creativity**: A flair for classy and creative marketing, with a knack for engaging storytelling.

**Skills**: Strong project management skills, ability to write engaging copy, and PR experience is a plus.

**Personality**: Outgoing, sociable, and driven, with a love for the hospitality and events industry.

**Bonus Points**: Experience in managing external marketing agencies and familiarity with F&B or hospitality sectors.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
