We are a family-owned removalist business of 6 years specializing in comprehensive services, including removals, packing, cleaning, and gardening. As we expand our team and service offerings, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic BDM to drive our growth and establish valuable partnerships.

**Position Overview**:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a crucial role in promoting our services to key stakeholders, including real estate agents, storage companies, property management firms, and related businesses. This position combines fieldwork with office-based activities, requiring an energetic self-starter who excels at building relationships and has a strong sales acumen.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research & Outreach**:

- Identify and target potential business partners, including:

- Real estate agencies
- Storage facilities
- Office and commercial spaces
- Air BNB hosts and vacation rentals
- Schools and educational Institutes
- Interior designers
- **Networking & Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote our services.
- **Office-Based Activities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and partners to introduce our services.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients through relationship building and persuasive communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (Preferred, Not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
