**About the role**

Reporting to the Early Learning Manager, you will demonstrate leadership through your ability to motivate, influence, mentor, and coach a team of educators while implementing a high-quality early learning program. In addition, you will role model professional practice that is reflective of Gowrie Victoria’s purpose, philosophy and values, and consistent with approved early learning frameworks.

**About you**
- A Diploma qualification in ECEC or equivalent.
- A strong working knowledge of the NQF and approved early learning frameworks.
- Significant experience in early childhood in implementing programs that are inclusive and respond to the interests, strengths and learning needs of individual children.
- Previous leadership experience in an ECEC setting.
