Childminder

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervision & Care**:

- Provide attentive, age-appropriate supervision for children (infants to school-age) during parent training sessions.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all children in your care.
- **Engagement & Play**:

- Organize and lead age-appropriate activities including games, storytelling, arts and crafts, or quiet time.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere for children of varying ages and personalities.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized play area.
- Adhere to child safety, hygiene, and safeguarding policies at all times.
- Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies or incidents, reporting to management as required.
- **Communication**:

- Greet parents and children warmly, building trust and rapport.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s experience, needs, or any incidents.
- Work closely with management to continuously improve childminding services.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Do you have a valid working with children (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
