**About the Role**:
This is a Permanent Part Time position at 48 hours per fortnight (0.6FTE) within the Medical Imaging Department. We are seeking a highly enthusiastic, team oriented and experienced Administrator to join the Clerical Team. You will be responsible for the coordination and management of patient bookings for Medical Imaging including X-Ray, Ultrasound, Computed Tomography (CT), Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Magnetic Resonance Positron Emission Tomography (MR PET).
**What you'll achieve**:
- You will work as part of a clerical team that rotates through front reception and a back-of-house clerical office
- You will make patient bookings and complete general administrative tasks to ensure timely access to medical care of RCH patients.
- You will distribute reports and imaging to external referring clinicians
- You will electronically import and export imaging
**Your skills and experience**:
- Demonstrated experience in a dynamic, fast-paced administration role preferably within the health sector
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service to patients and families
