**Full Job Description**

At Better Quest Disability Services, we are committed to providing care, support, and assistance to those with disabilities who wish to live independently, we recognise our customers have a right to choose who supports them and how.

About our Customer: Our Customer lives in the Mandurah area with his family and is in his mid 30's. He is needing support in budgeting, learning to run a home and how to cook some basic meals. Also, some support with shopping and attending his appointments. We currently have 3 days of supports available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, all 4hrs each

**Minimum Requirements include**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Valid Australian driver's license "C" and own reliable and insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Proof of working rights
- Current resume.
- Covid-19 vaccination Certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $38.08 - $83.77 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Proof of Working Rights (preferred)
- NDIS Workers Screening (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
