**About the role**

Lismore Base Hospital Ward E10 (Short Stay Surgical/Gastroenterology/Vascular) is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to join the team. You will be responsible for providing direct care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including assisting with patient care interventions as directed and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.
