**Description**:
The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting in processing and reconciliation of monthly transactions;
- Assist with daily operations of the finance team;
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices via cloud-based expense management and accounting systems;
- Support systems administration and procurement processes;
- Record trust receipts and payments;
- General finance administration and support.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in a finance support position is desirable;
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance/ Accounting;
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to effectively deal with numerous functions;
- Ability to understand competing requirements, influence outcomes and deliver effective services;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Oracle NetSuite experience is desirable;
- SAP Concur experience is desirable;
- Intermediate MS Excel skills.
