Well known Government Department looking for an experienced Trainer ensuring that all training outputs are contextualised for impacted user groups and are consistent with defined best practice quality standards. Ideally, you will have experience as a Trainer within Government or professional services.

**Responsibilities**
- Liasing with internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake training needs analyses and develop training plans in consultation with business stakeholders for approval by project boards.
- Manage the Team in the development and delivery of contemporary, multi-modal, fit for purpose and cost-effective training outputs.
- Defining skills required for the training team to support the development of the Online Guided Learning tool and supporting capability uplift.
- Work with and refine existing tools that enable status reporting on all training elements.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise or escalate using risk and issue reporting processes.
- Defining and implementation of the transition of the Learning approach and content of learning to appropriate business as usual Departmental learning stakeholder groups.

**Selection criteria**
- Minimum 3+ years L&D experience
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
- Government or professional services experience preferred.
- Thinks critically and acts on the broader purpose of the system.
- Demonstrate strong skills, knowledge and expertise in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Pursues opportunities for growth through agile learning, and development of self-awareness.
- Proven ability to manage, track and report on all training elements in a timely manner.
- Facilitate the successful transfer of business and/or technical skills and knowledge to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
