**Job Description**:
Reporting into the Head of Delivery, this role will centre around a structured list of responsibilities that occur pre, during and post event, from planning right through to delivery and post project administration.

Every day will be different with diverse clients, courses, trainers and delivery formats to keep you challenged and engaged.

Tasks include but are not limited to;
- Operate as the operations lead for all training events (both virtual and in-person)
- Manage an event schedule, and work with the partners and internal teams to ensure that sufficient time and resource is allocated to each event
- Liaise with Informa clients, consultants and speakers, virtual coordinators and Informa Client Managers as required
- Create, customise and configure virtual event registration links, invitations and reminders
- Upload content and create custom virtual meeting layouts and event flows
- Liaising with printers, travel partners, venues and flight agencies
- Manage communications with trainers, presenters and virtual coordinators to ensure they have the correct information, equipment (mic, camera, Wi-Fi, background) and specific events info links, formats, calendar reminders
- Schedule and execute rehearsals in advance of live events to ensure all parties are adequately prepared
- Assist as the virtual host and/or moderator during rehearsals and/or live events, on an as needs basis
- Offer assistance and guidance with any attendee connection issues, as well as basic technical support during an event, on an as needs basis
- Generate and download reports: registrations, attendance, polling responses, Q&A
- Process, upload and retrieve webinar recordings
- Maintain strong customer service with response times set at less than 24 hours
- Create and send participant course information, reminders and other communications, ensuring final course information received by attendees
- Prepare, proof, organise production and arrange delivery of necessary materials for onsite documentation
- Basic editing skills (videos, voice notes) or working with suppliers to deliver
- Fulfil any post-event certification requirements for accredited courses
- Check and manage all event payments/invoices including for venues, suppliers and speakers
- Accurately communicate all event related costs within event budget and forecast system
- Performance of special projects in collaboration within delivery or with other teams as requested
- Manage and maintain excellent relationships with clients, expert partners and colleagues to uphold a corporate image of ethics, professionalism, quality and standards

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years professional experience in an event / customer / learning / training operations capacity
- Knowledge and understanding around customer and event operations would be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- A strong communicator who can confidently liaise with all levels internally and externally
- Tech savvy and willing to adopt and embrace new technologies
- Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal skills, extremely organised
- You are adaptable to change and a fast-paced environment
- You are ambitious, influential and pay close attention to detail
- Positive can-do attitude. You relish a challenge and are confident finding solutions to problems
