Irrigation Installer/labourer

**Job Title**: Labourer/Irrigation Installer (Casual)

**Location**: Nuriootpa and Clare, South Australia

**Company Overview**: Irrigation Works has been a trusted name in the Barossa and Clare Valleys for over 30 years, providing irrigation and pumping solutions to the wine and vineyard industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic Labourer to assist our team on a casual basis at our Nuriootpa and Clare locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Irrigation Technician with installations and repairs
- Arrive on-site punctually and ready for work
- Work safely, performing pre-start safety checks and regular machine inspections
- Ensure preventive maintenance procedures are followed
- Maintain high-quality standards in all tasks under general supervision
- Diagnose and repair basic irrigation system faults
- Communicate effectively and adapt to changing work environments
- Install and maintain residential, rural, and commercial irrigation systems
- Perform stock control checks and advise on material needs
- Assist with the installation of irrigation pumps and filtration stations

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- White Card and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Forklift or truck licence (LF Class)
- Australian driver’s licence
