We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

You will be required to perform the following duties but not limited to:
- Coordinating job vacancy advertisements, conducting interviews, testing applicants,_
- and managing the selection of staff._
- Keeping personnel records up to date and managing related human resource_
- information systems._
- Offering advice and guidance to management on workplace relations policies, staff_
- performance issues, and disciplinary matters._
- Organizing staff inductions and providing information on employment conditions,_
- salaries, and promotion opportunities._
- Receiving and documenting job vacancy details from employers, including job_
- descriptions, wages, and conditions._
- Sharing information about current job vacancies with both employers and job seekers._
- Engaging in negotiations regarding employment terms and conditions, and addressing_
- and resolving disputes and grievances._
- Analyzing and interpreting legislation, awards, agreements, contracts, wage systems,_
- and dispute resolution processes._
- Developing and implementing enterprise agreements or collective contracts, including_
- productivity-based wage systems and workplace relations policies._
- Managing the creation and operation of workplace consultative committees and_
- employee engagement initiatives._
- Conducts interviews with applicants to assess their job requirements and determine_
- their suitability for specific roles, while assisting employers in identifying appropriate_
To be successful in this position
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar position with_
- upbeat knowledge and skills._
- Relevant qualifications in human resources management or similar qualifications._
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills._
- Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously._
- Strong organizational and time-management skills._
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools._
