We are currently seeking a passionate, talented and experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our team as we continue our growth journey. Reporting to the Company Manager you will be responsible for working across the business to provide practical support and advice to our Centre Managers and employees. This is a part time role 3-4 days per week. These days could worked be across the week.

In this role your will be responsible for:

- Provision of day-to-day general HR operational support across the full end-to-end employment cycle functions.
- Overseeing recruitment and employment on-boarding.
- Ensuring compliance with industry awards and relevant employment legislation.
- Analysis and reporting on HR metrics on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
- Providing support and advice to managers in relation to investigations, performance management and employee relation issues.
- Review and development of policies as required.
- Development and implementation of employee well-being initiatives aligned with our Positive Education framework.
- Development of internal communication initiatives.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource management, business, or related.
- 3-5 years experience working in a HR generalist role at a growing organisation (experience in the Early Learning or education sectors will be highly regarded).
- Previous experience in a multi-site organisation will be highly regarded.
- Working knowledge and experience providing ER/IR support.
- Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience providing credible and consistent HR advice, including support with complex and sensitive people management, and conducting meditations and investigations.
- Experience providing data, information and identifying and responding to new and emerging issues which may impact on workforce effectiveness.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
