We are looking for a **Food & Beverage / Sushi Maker All Rounder**
This is a **dual role**, working in both our **customer service** and **kitchen** departments.

T316, Erina Fair Shopping Centre, 620 Terrigal Dr. Erina, NSW 2250
**- Position**:
All 7 days might be needed. **Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays**, and **up to 5 shifts per week**, including **lunchtimes regularly**.
**- Hourly Rate (Before tax/Based on Adult)**:

- Intro level: $29.33 (weekdays), weekend (x1.2), public holiday (x2), superannuation 11.5%
- Level 2: $31.23 (weekdays), weekend (x1.2), public holiday (x2), superannuation 11.5%
**- Responsibilities**:

- Sushi making (rolls, nigiri, inari, etc.)
- Hot food preparation
- Customer service (POS operation, order packing, front counter service)

We **do not pay cash in hand.**
A valid **TFN (Tax File Number)** is required.

**Kitchen experience is a plus but not essential** - we are happy to train the right person.
**Customer service experience is essential.**
